Below are some of the basic qualifications of an ACC team member:
At least one year of experience or formal/university training in the meetings and special events industry

Our clients have a broad spectrum of staffing needs so our team members have a wide range of employment opportunities! The following are basic descriptions of our five main types of placements:
Temporary Staffing
Ranging from one day to one week, our temporary staffing placements are generally on-site at a meeting or conference. This type of placement is ideal for individuals with varied schedules and those looking to gain more experience and exposure to the meetings and events industry.
Short-term Staffing
Ranging from one week to one month, our short-term staffing placements tend to spend more time in an office setting working closely with meeting/conference departments in order to help prepare for upcoming programs. Short-term staffing positions also cover for an employee who is on a short-term leave of absence. This type of placement is ideal for individuals with moderate experience that seek a more consistent schedule.
Long-term Staffing
Ranging from one to six months, long-term staffing placements are generally for individuals with industry experience and the desire to become an integral part of the organization they are serving. Our long-term placements are ideal for individuals who may or may not want a permanent position, but are willing to commit to a predetermined period of time.
Permanent Placement
Similar to long-term placements (and often the "next step" if desired), permanent placements will hire individuals into a full-time position.
Internship
Often our team members include students from local universities enrolled in Tourism and Hospitality programs. Many of these students seek internships during the summer months, and often as part of their curriculum to obtain their degree. Internships are a great way to gain practical experience within the industry and enhance your resume for future full-time employment opportunities.
